The Baseball Shirt is the 3sixteen modern take on the classic baseball jersey, and features raglan sleeves, a v-neck with a curved placket, and a subtle rounded hem. For SS21, the brand wanted to produce a contemporary take on the classic, so they opted for this season Tencel/Cotton/Linen fabric.
This fabric paired with the raglan sleeves creates a breathable, comfortable shirt perfect for the warm weather. The shirt is finished with custom 2-hole buttons, similar to what you’d find on vintage baseball jersey, made in a hefty corozo.
Founded in LA by Johan Lam and Andrew Chen over a decade ago, 3sixteen’s philosophy is evident in pieces they’ve developed since 2008: shirts, jackets, basics and accessories all take cues in form and function from their jeans. Fabrics and trims are always chosen for their capacity to develop character with time. 3sixteen aim is that, with diligent wear, the customers are rewarded with something well-aged, never “old.”
